These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to DevLop and govern your access to and use of DevLop, a web-based application available at app.sweebl.dev that allows users to connect a TikTok account, upload videos, publish videos through TikTok APIs, and check publication status.

By using DevLop, you agree to these Terms.

1. About DevLop

DevLop is a web application that provides publishing workflow tools for short-form video content. DevLop integrates with TikTok products and APIs, including Login Kit and Content Posting API, to perform the functions presented within the application.

2. Eligibility and Account Connection

You may use DevLop only if you are authorized to connect and use the TikTok account associated with your login.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and publish through DevLop belongs to you or that you otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DevLop:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • To upload or publish content that violates intellectual property rights
  • To violate TikTok platform rules, developer rules, or applicable law
  • To interfere with the security or operation of DevLop

4. TikTok Integration

DevLop uses TikTok authorization and content posting features solely to provide the application functions shown on the DevLop website.

Your use of TikTok through DevLop may also be subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, and platform rules.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for all video files, captions, titles, and related content submitted through DevLop.

DevLop does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. However, you grant DevLop the limited permission necessary to process, transmit, and publish the content through TikTok APIs for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Service Availability

DevLop may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including integrations, workflows, or technical features.

DevLop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Disclaimer

DevLop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties regarding availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DevLop if we believe the service is being used in violation of these Terms, TikTok platform requirements, or applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

DevLop may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
